Thank you for contacting us! The check-in is from 13:00. We can welcome our guest from 09:00. If the room is not ready upon arrival you can leave luggage with us. All our rooms have a little refridgerator.
We are very close to the main train station Termini (around 10 minutes walking distance in the Colosseum area). Leonardo express train from FCO to Termini station is 30 minutes trip.

We are located really close to the Termini Station where you can find lots of international car renting companies. It would be a better option to drop/ pick from Termini.

Hi,! Check-in starts from 13:00 - if you plan to arrive before check-in time, we can welcome you on your arrival and we can keep your bags if the room is not ready or available yet, then you can come back when the room is ready. Hope this may help!
Thanks for asking. Our reception is usually open until 7pm, but if you have a specific arrival time, knowing it in advance, we can arrange your late check in anyhow, in person or with temp codes. Pls, just add a note to your reservation. Greetings!
Thanks for you question! In our Family Classic, there is a roomy space (double + twin possible) connected to a second smaller space (fourth guest or little living lounge). From this second space one can access the bathroom, common to both spaces : )
